" "We wouldn't be able to sell our house without Larry Erickson of Team Erickson Realtors! Let us explain. When we were first introduced to Larry, we told him of our plans to relocate out-of-state within a very compressed 40 day schedule. Our home would be his to market after we leave but must be closed as quickly as possible to avoid dual mortgages for an extended period of time. Larry went above and beyond taking care of us after we moved out-of-state. He provided full service! A few days before we departed, the furnace broke. Knowing we didn't have time to work with the furnace company, Larry took it upon himself to recommend and supervise the inspection and installation of a brand new furnace. He also supervised a garage door repair that had broken after we left.
