“We Do More”
Kathleen and Larry Erickson are dedicated to helping our real estate clients live where they can best enjoy their stage of life. We take time to understand our clients’ needs and wants, and do whatever it takes to ensure best price, best terms and least disruption.
Real estate websites and social networks allow buyers to rapidly access information about properties. But are the properties actually what they look like in the photos? Mechanical problems? Legal issues? Priced right? Websites don't guide buyers through the maze of regulations and paperwork needed to close. Buyers need Realtors.
If you are selling you can advertise your home on social sites, but who is going to prepare legal documents, hold Open Houses, negotiate with buyers and arrange for closing? Websites can’t do that. Sellers need Realtors.
That’s us – Team Erickson Realtors. We Do More than websites ever could.
“We do more.”
Team Erickson Realtors been honored with the Weichert Realtors Executive Club award for our sales performance.
Larry and Kathleen have both earned the National Association of Realtors designation as "Seniors Real Estate Specialist"
Larry has earned the "Accredited Buyers Representative" designation.
Larry’s business career gives him knowledge of laws, financing and negotiations. Kathleen’s experience in interior design and customer service give her the skills to guide buyers to just the right property for their stage in life. It's truly a "Team Erickson."
Our combined education includes undergraduate and graduate level degrees, and completion of many courses on sales, marketing and personal/spiritual development. We devote hundreds of hours each year to real estate continuing education. We are life-long learners.
In addition to helping clients buy and sell dozens of homes we have bought, or sold over 13 properties for our personal use, including single family homes, apartments and townhouses in rural, suburban and city center locations. That's why we have empathy for our buyers and sellers. We’ve been there!
