"We wouldn't be able to sell our house without Larry and Kathleeen of Team Erickson Realtors! Let us explain. When we were first introduced to Larry and Kathleen, we told them of our plans to relocate out-of-state within a very compressed 40 day schedule. Our home would be theirs to market after we leave but must be closed as quickly as possible to avoid dual mortgages for an extended period of time.
They went above and beyond taking care of us after we moved out-of-state. They provided full service! A few days before we departed, the furnace broke. Knowing we didn't have time to work with the furnace company, Larry took it upon himself to recommend and supervise the inspection and installation of a brand new furnace. He also supervised a garage door repair that had broken after we left. Larry was in constant communication with us on cost of repairs, scheduling, who's doing the work, etc. He also regularly stopped by the property to ensure it's kept up, even sending us photos! We felt he treated our home as his home and that helped reduced a lot of stress for us.
The best part yet, Larry and Kathleen negotiated a great price for the house and pushed to successfully close within four weeks after we accepted an offer within the first few days of listing! It's a testament to their hard work and professionalism. They did everything possible, that we could tell, to assure us of their commitment to list the property at the very best possible market valuation for optimal potential buyer pool. The result speaks for itself!
Last but not least, we just want to say that Larry and Kathleen are kind and loving people. A day before we departed, they stopped by the house to checkup on our house packing and cleaning progress. They knew we were under a huge time crunch and were considerably stressed. They told us to stop cleaning because they had acquired professional cleaning services to come do the work instead.
